ROI Policies

Service Agreement

All ROI Society services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide a final report summarizing campaign performance and any outstanding deliverables.

Payment Terms

Management fees are billed monthly in advance. Ad spend is paid directly to advertising platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) and is separate from our management fees. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date.

• Invoices are issued on the first business day of each month
• Accepted payment methods include ACH, wire transfer, and credit card
• Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance
• Service may be paused if payment is more than 30 days overdue

Reporting & Transparency

All clients receive real-time dashboard access and monthly performance reports. We provide full transparency into ad spend, campaign performance, and ROI metrics. Reports include actionable insights and strategic recommendations for the upcoming period.

Intellectual Property

Ad accounts, website content, and campaign data belong to the client. ROI Society retains ownership of proprietary methodologies, templates, frameworks, and tools used in service delivery. Upon termination, we will transfer full access to all client-owned assets within 10 business days.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business data, campaign strategies, or performance metrics with third parties without your written consent. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.

Results Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver measurable ROI on every engagement, past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Digital marketing outcomes are influenced by many factors including market conditions, competition, budget allocation, and industry dynamics.

Any projections, case studies, or performance benchmarks shared are based on historical data and are intended as illustrations, not promises. Every business is unique, and results will vary.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in Austin, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Limitation of Liability

ROI Society's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
