Communication Preferences

We respect your privacy and your right to control the communications you receive from ROI Society. You can opt out of any or all of our communication channels using the methods below.

Email Communications

To unsubscribe from our email communications, click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email you have received from us. Your request will be processed within 48 hours.

Alternatively, you can email us directly at info@roisociety.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe" and we will remove you from our mailing list.

SMS Communications

To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP to any text message you have received from us. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

Phone Communications

To be removed from our call list, please email info@roisociety.com with your phone number and a request to be removed. We will process your request within 5 business days.

Direct Mail

If you receive physical mail from ROI Society and wish to stop, contact us at info@roisociety.com with your mailing address and we will remove you from our list.

Please Note

Opting out of marketing communications will not affect transactional messages related to active services, such as invoices, account notifications, or service-related updates. If you are an active client, certain communications are necessary for the delivery of our services.
