Yes — $2,500/month excluding media spend. This ensures we can allocate the resources needed to deliver real, measurable results. Most clients invest $3,500–$8,000/month across services.
What's the ad spend management fee structure?
20% of ad spend up to $10,000, then 15% beyond that. There's a one-time $1,500 setup fee and a minimum management fee of $1,000/month. Your ad spend is paid directly to the platforms — our fee is separate.
Do you offer pay-per-lead pricing?
Yes — we provide custom pay-per-results pricing for qualifying businesses. If you prefer not to do pay per results, or need additional services, we offer the transparent per-service pricing listed above.
Are there discounts for bundling services?
Clients who package services totaling over $5,000/month receive ad platform management at no additional charge for one platform. We also offer 10% off our Content Package (Accelerated SEO + Newsletter + Social Posts) when bundled.
What's included in the CRM setup?
Setup typically takes 10–35 hours in the first month, with a second month for bug fixing and optimization. CRM transfers take an additional 10–30 hours depending on your current system. Monthly management is $500 plus $150/hour for additional work.
How does SEO pricing work for multiple locations?
Onsite SEO is priced per location — $4,000 for up to 50 pages with a 1–2 month turnaround. We offer a 10% discount for 2 or more locations. Google My Business SEO is $1,500 per location.
Can I start with one service and add more later?
Absolutely. Many clients start with one channel (like Google Ads or SEO) and expand as ROI proves out. We'll recommend the right time to add channels based on your data.
What's NOT included in these prices?
Ad spend (paid directly to platforms), third-party tool subscriptions (CRM software, email platforms), stock photography/video, and any custom development beyond the quoted scope. Everything else — strategy, execution, reporting, support — is included.
